New Business Development – Records Sales Representative
Plan, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive the revenue and profit growth of the Records Management division.
Prospect for new records management sales leads using telemarketing, face-to-face sales calls and net-working
Qualify leads to opportunities. Close opportunities to achieve sales goals
Accountable for the preparation of proposals that include all products and services offered by Company's Record Management division with emphasis on transitioning clients into more advanced records management solutions.
Demonstrate a clear understanding and use of sales and marketing processes that move leads to opportunities to close quickly. Maintain positive relationships with operations, administration and other resource partnering organizations.
Track all sales activities in the CRM. Fully use CRM technology to efficiently close business
Conduct Client Needs Assessment
Preparing cost justifications
Sales cycle tracking and reporting
Typical paperwork supporting sales activities
Client care and satisfaction surveys
Preparation and participation in client educational symposiums
Monthly participation in the Plan, Performance, and Review Process
Achieve established sales goal, telemarketing calls per week, proposals per month, wins versus loses.
Establish target accounts and develop plan to secure business.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales preferred
Must be able to demonstrate a strong desire to sell
Must be a motivated self-starter with interpersonal communication skills
Must be a friendly energetic individual with a strong work ethic
Must be able to cold call and prospect new leads with training
